Dionísio Augusto is a Mozambican strategic advisory and development executive with over 18 years of experience in public-sector reform, institutional strengthening, economic development, investment promotion and multi-sector development programmes.
He has contributed to the design, implementation and oversight of World Bank Group- and USAID-supported operations with a combined portfolio exceeding USD 1 billion, working across government, private-sector development, investment and institutional reform.
His leadership experience includes contributing to major development programmes in Mozambique, including the World Bank’s USD 450 million PRSC/Development Policy Financing Programme, the USD 1.142 billion Primary Health Care Strengthening Program, the USD 130 million Public Financial Management for Results Program, and the USD 20 million USAID Local Governance Strengthening Program (LOGOS).
Dionísio has worked closely with governments, international financial institutions, development partners and private-sector stakeholders to translate strategic priorities into practical reforms, stronger institutions and investable opportunities. His experience provides DALCOTTI with a strong foundation for bridging government priorities, private-sector interests and investment opportunities.
